Enyi Industries is an agro-allied industry located in the town of Enyibichiri in Ebonyi State, Nigeria. We focus on crop and animal production with a greater concentration on food processing. The industry, which is located in Ikwo local government area of Ebonyi provides an immense opportunity for farmers to process their rice and cassava yields without traveling to the rice processing plant in Abakaliki, over 25 kilometers away.
We give farmers advice which can lead to greater harvest. This extended service is freely offered to our clients. Enyi Industries is set up to process the rice and cassava from our own farm as well as to serve the needs of the villagers in and around Enyibichiri.
We have clients all year round but harvest time, we are under significant pressure to process crops for farmers even faster. Despite the pressure we have always met the market targets of our clients. Most of our milling machines are fueled by diesel while the rice polishing and destoning machines are electrically powered.
The environmentally friendly principle of the industry is demonstrated by the fact that we encourage residence in and around Enyibichiri to freely collect rice husks from the industry for biomass recycling and energy production, helping to save the environment from pollution while at the same time preventing deforestation as less wood is needed for cooking fuel.

A huge waste is being produced from cassava and rice. Due to the current environmental concern we are working on the technology to convert this biological waste to energy and organic fertilizer. This conversion will enable us to run more modern, energy efficient and environmentally friendly machines as well as enable us to serve you better.
We also intend to acquire a biomass machine to convert rice waste to an easily and readily usable form for villagers who already depend on the rice waste for cooking fuel.
